Cancellation by Event Organizer: If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will be entitled to a full refund of your registration fee, excluding all charges on registration fee. We will initiate the refund process automatically, and you will receive your refund through the original payment method used for registration.

Participant Cancellation: If you cancel your registration before the specified deadline set by the event organizer, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund eligibility and the amount refunded are determined by the event organizer's policies. Some organizers may offer full or partial refunds, while others may not offer refunds after a certain date. Please refer to the event details or contact the organizer for specific refund policies. Cancellation and refund are completely controlled by the Organizers; there is no role of the registration platform in the refund process.
