ACCOMODATION FACILITY & ACCLIMATIZATION
======================
Accommodation option at ₹1900/- per participant is available at JISPA JOURNEY CAMP which are provided to everyone for stay which includes all meals for i.e Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
For your convenience, we simply suggest that staying at will JISPA JOURNEY CAMP be comfier as the race starts from JISPA JOURNEY CAMP only & is well equipped for a hospitable stay for your family and friends.
Acclimatization Training Camp
A 3-day onsite training and acclimatization camp will be held from 12 to 15 August 2025, available at ₹8,500 (includes all meals and shared stay).
Participants can also opt for a regular stay at ₹1,900 per day with all meals on a sharing basis.

ELIGIBILITY
====================
Eligibility is strictly enforced.
All qualifying runs must be completed between 1 September 2024 and 20 July 2025.
Virtual, stadium, or personal GPS runs will not be considered.
High-altitude events over 10,000 ft are acceptable.
The 10K runners must have either two 10Ks each under 1 Hour 40 Minutes or one Half Marathon under 3 Hours 30 Minutes.
The 21K requires one Half Marathon under 3 Hour or Two 10Ks under 1 Hour 30 Minutes.
The 42K demands one Full Marathon under 6 Hour or Two HMs under 3 Hours.
The 50K category requires one Full Marathon under 6 Hours (after 1 Sep 2024) or Two Half Marathons under 3 Hours (at least one after 1 Sep 2024)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Registration and Payment:
1.1 Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and spots for stay are limited. Registration for the run & stay is confirmed upon payment of the full fees.
1.2 Cancellations / Refunds / will not be considered. There will be future adjustment / carry forward of the fees towards our other event is possible.
Cancellation and Changes:
2.1 The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event In case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor. Participants will be notified in advance, and alternative arrangements may be offered.
Health and Safety:
3.1 Participants are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before participating if they have any health concerns or conditions.
3.2 The organizers are not liable for any injuries or accidents, while we assure you that basic first aid will be provided promptly.
Photography and Media:
4.1 Photos and videos may be taken during the run for promotional purposes.
4.2 Participants who prefer not to be photographed or featured in promotional materials should inform the organizers in advance.
Code of Conduct:
5.1 Respectful and positive behavior is expected from all participants.
5.2 Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in participants being asked to leave the event without a refund.
Refund Policy:
6.1 Refund requests will be considered based on individual circumstances and must be submitted in writing to info@runtoachieve.in
Force Majeure:
7.1 The organizers are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
